Role: ERPNext Sales Manager
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven ERPNext Sales Manager to lead the sales cycle from discovery to closure. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and propose customized ERP solutions, primarily focused on ERPNext.
Key Responsibilities
Drive ERPNext solution sales across target industries (fitness, wellness, retail, etc.)
Conduct client discovery meetings and product demos tailored to business use cases
Coordinate with functional and technical teams to prepare proposals and estimates
Generate leads through outbound efforts, partnerships, and industry outreach
Build and manage a sales pipeline in CRM (Hubspot/ERPNext CRM or similar)
Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution
Stay updated on ERPNext/Frappe features and ecosystem evolution
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or ERP Sales (ERPNext/Frappe preferred)
Understanding of ERP modules like CRM, Sales, Inventory, Projects, and Accounting
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to translate business requirements into ERP solutions
Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, HubSpot, ERPNext CRM
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in enterprise sales
Bonus Points
Experience in the fitness, wellness, or healthcare domain
Prior experience selling ERPNext or working with Frappe service providers
Basic understanding of ERPNext customization capabilities
